I started my working career as a qualified Carpenter and Joiner, but soon became interested in IT and spent almost twenty years as the IT Manager and System Administrator of a large Melbourne based Accounting firm.

​

My interests include writing and freelance journalism. I've written many technical how-to type articles that are published on a US-based company called Experts Exchange where I recently received an "Author of the Year 2019" award. 

Happily married for over 35 years, I have two wonderful adult kids that I don't get to see as often as I'd like to.

My hobbies include Sport Shooting, Bike Riding, Horse Riding, Reading and Writing.
